At ProFlow, I designed a web service that helps potential customers understand how improved logistics can benefit their business. The service, called Potential Analysis, guides users through a series of questions and connects them with ProFlow consultants whose expertise matches their specific needs and areas of interest.
Visit proflow.se
The customer journey was designed to be as simple and approachable as possible.
Users would begin on the landing page, where they could explore a series of introductory cards describing different logistics challenges and opportunities. The content was written in plain language with minimal industry jargon, making it accessible even to users without prior logistics experience.
If a user wanted to learn more about a specific area, they could navigate to a dedicated page through the "Read More" option. Otherwise, they could simply select one or more areas that matched their needs and continue to the next step.
After making their selections, users would provide their contact information and submit the form. The collected information would then be sent to ProFlow, allowing the team to connect the customer with consultants who had expertise in the selected areas.
Browse introductory cards covering different logistics challenges and opportunities.
Pick one or more areas of interest, or read more about a specific topic first.
Submit contact details and get matched with consultants whose expertise fits the selected areas.
Each "Read More" page gave users a deeper understanding of a specific logistics area, explaining common challenges, opportunities for improvement, and the business impact of making changes. The content was written in an accessible way, helping users understand complex logistics topics before deciding whether the area was relevant to their organization.
